Fees and Insurance

Individual psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes in duration, with a standard fee of $130(HST exempt). We are committed to accessibility and offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for students or individuals facing financial hardship. Please inquire during your initial consultation about current availability for these spots.

While we do not provide direct billing to insurance companies, our services are covered by many extended health benefit plans that include Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying). Following each session, you will receive a receipt which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. We recommend contacting your provider beforehand to verify your specific coverage details.

Important Note: Our services are not for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger or in crisis, please call your local emergency services (911) or a crisis line in Canada immediately.
